This spacious and private apartment is set in the heart of the Born area, close to the beach and the Gothic quarter. The apartment is in a fully renovated building in a quiet part of the Born. The design is modern with a classical touch. The windows and balcony provide a bird's eye view of what is happening on the Gothic street below.
You can walk to all of the major destinations from the flat. In front, is the famous Champanería where you can enjoy a cup of cava with a typical sandwich. Around the corner is the famous 7 Portes restaurant. The Barceloneta area is only a short 5 minute walk away, where you can enjoy the famous seafood restaurants with views of the Port.
You are the only guests that will stay in the Born Loft -- a private flat to yourselves. There are first-rate amenities including TV, shower/bath, a modern and spacious kitchen, a dining area, and a large living room.
