I would recommend this House boat as it was perfect for a romantic stay for me and my wife. We are a young couple and it was very handy being close to nightlife and museums. The photos on the site do not do not do it justice as the interior is very comodious and well equiped for anyone who requires a city break and likes to stay in comfortable, tasteful surroundings. It was nice to feed the swans in the morning. Pete, the owner will help with anything! Very friendly

The boat was centrally located on the Prinsengracht just moments for Rembrantplein and easily accessible by tram. The environment was totally comfortable; we had a stereo, TV, a full kitchen and living room along with a comfortable bed. The host was super accomodating and gave us lots of information as to where to go and what to see. He also left breakfast foods in the frig and made sure there was enough to last us our entire stay. It was a truely memorable experience which I am sure to repeat in the near term.

What a great place!! It's incredible, you really are in a house on the water, The swans come up to the boat and pick the bread right out of your hand. The interior is very cosy and everything you need is there. We had a great time and will definately stay there again!

We arrived late, but found that the welcome was nonetheless warm and welcoming. Mike went out of his way to put us at ease. The boat is an amazing place to "come home to". We felt like all of the stress of our eventful journey to get there was a thing of the past. Fantastic views being on the water, swans that came up for toast. Clean and bright, a beautiful setting. What better way to be a part of Amsterdam than staying on a "woon" boat in the midst of it all. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful boat. We will be sure to tell all of your friends when we get home. JC and Karyn

It's a great houseboat which is elegantly furnished in a way as to supply everything you need and at the same time leavin you more than enough space. There are CDs and a stereo to enjoy and one feels very much at home an on vacation at the same time. Waving at the passing tourist boats gave us the feeling of "real" houseboat-peoble. We loved it!
