The apartments are beautifuly furnished and really private. You are really in the middle of the centre but inside the apartment is quiet!! Light and surrounded by all windows and I really felt at home only here it is nicer!!! I really loved the aparmtent and also the hosts. If we needed anything it was arranged right away. I am certainly gonna come to this place again....you are right in the middle of all the nice places amsterdam has to offer!!!! Thanks for everythingxxDiana

This is a lovely old Amsterdam apartment with the mandatory "Dutch" stairs that can be daunting, but I consider them part of the overall Amsterdam experience. This is an apartment, not a bed & breakfast so breakfast wasn't provided. They did offer a discount at the lovely restaurant on the ground floor, De Spaanse Ruiter. Everyone, from the owners to the lovely gentlemen who worked in the restaurant, was great. I would happily stay there again. The train runs right in front of the building so it was extremely easy to get around. After giving us the choice of which room we would like, the owners Krista and Yvon, gave us all the privacy possible and were still very accomodating when we needed them. I highly recommend this lovely apartment!!!!!

my stay at La vie en Rose was an unforgettable one. The apartment is very nice and the location is superb!!! Just loved it
