CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PUDDING
Step 1
4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
8 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp. salt
Combine till mixed well
Step 2
2 cups milk
4 ounces melted butter
Combine, stir into dry mixture until well mixed place in baking pan.
Step 3
1/2 cup cocoa
4 cups brown sugar
Mix well, sprinkle over mixture
Step 4
Top with 7 cups hot water
Bake 350 for 55 minutes should be crusty, liquid should harden upon cooling.
Servers 8 to 16
Serve warm with Fresh whipped Cream or Ice Cream
