The "Anchorage Bed And Breakfast" property is set in the beautiful residential foothills on the outskirts of Kingston, Jamaica’s commercial and cultural capital. Ten minutes from New Kingston, the modern business center of Jamaica.
The atmosphere at “Achorage” is one of an intimate, family owned and operated environment, centrally located and adjacent to local shopping malls, golf clubs and the island's major business center.
Each room and apartment are distinct. The Victoria room offers a large luxurious bedroom with a king size bed and its own bathroom with shower and tub. Ample storage with one large closet in bathroom.
The Contessa is a bright and airy bedroom with queen sized bed, tastefully decorated with its own bathroom and closet while the Blue Room features a tropical bedroom with king sized bed and "jack and jill" bathroom (shared). The Scholar's Sanctuary is a lovely bedroom comprised of a double bed and ample storage. Reading material to suit a wide range of interests is available in the room.
The 'Captain's Lodge' features the following: living room, dining room and kitchen all fully furnished and equipped. The living room is lavishly decorated with Cuban artwork and has a full electronic entertainment center and television. Air conditioned bedroom with queen sized bed and bathroom with jacuzzi.
The Bougainvillea Apartment: This 750 sq ft apartment is set out as follows: living and dining room spacious bedroom and bathroom, all fully furnished and air conditioned. The dining room is equipped with fridge, stove and microwave and all kitchen and diningware. There is also a washer and dryer for your exclusive use.
the Traveler's Palm: This delightful, two storied, one thousand square feet apartment is fully furnished. Downstairs consists of the living room with entertainment center, dining area, powder room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also located at the rear of the kitchen is a combined washer, dryer and storage section.
Upstairs is a spacious, wooden floored, air conditioned bedroom with queen sized bed and full sized closets. A second TV set is provided. The main bathroom is located on this floor. From the bedroom there is direct access to a railed patio which offers a fine view of Jamaica’s famous Blue Mountain range. This apartment also has private parking area for the long term tenant.
