The Inn has beautiful woodwork and hardwood floors throughout. There are ornate fireplaces, two wrap-around verandas with wicker furnishings and swing. Guest chambers are luxurious; with antiques, four-poster and iron & brass beds, beautiful bathrooms, some with whirlpool tub/shower, claw-foot soaking tub, fireplace or turrets (tower rooms). Four elegant parlors to lounge in with antiques, Persian rugs, period wallpapers and lace curtains. The unique "Den's Stone Fireplace," is built with semi-precious stones from every state in the Union, as of 1898. Lovely gardens surround the inn, making our peaceful location in the historic distict relaxing. The inn is only a block from the bay and a leisurely two block stroll to the historic downtown area and harbor where you will find many shops, wonderful restaurants, and activities to enjoy.
