No smoking. In season weekends require a minimum stay of two nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit of 50% of total amount due at time of reservation by personal check, Mastercard or Visa. Full payment due if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival unless room can be rerented.

$125 - $200 per night, based on double occupancy, including taxes
