  Recipe : Ham, apple and brie filling for omlette

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/2 c apples -- 1/2" pieces
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz ham -- diced
pinch oregano
3 Tbsp White wine
1 1/2 oz Brie -- cut into thin strip


Saute apple in butter with herbs over medium heat for 1 minute. Add ham and continue sauteing for 1 minute. Add white wine and reduce until liquid is syrupy. Place Brie in center of omlette and add ham and apples. Fold in half and serve.
