1 loaf french bread, cubed
2 lbs. Italian sausage, browned
1 lb. shredded cheese
5 eggs
3 cups milk
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. dry vermouth
Layer french bread, sausage, and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and mustard. Pour egg combination over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, layer sliced mushrooms over top, and drizzle vermouth on casserole.
Bake at 350 deg. for 40 minutes.
