Macadamia Nut Cornbread



3 Eggs
2 Cups White or Yellow Cornmeal
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Macadamia Nut Oil
½ Cup Macadamia Nut ‘Fines’
1 ½ Cup Buttermilk
½ Cup Sugar (optional)


Combine eggs, oil, and milk. Combine dry ingredients in
another bowl. Stir in wet mixture and combine just until
moist; let stand for 5 minutes. Cook in 350 degree oven for
about 30 minutes or until firm in center and golden brown.
Do not over mix and/or over bake. Excellent served warm.
