  Recipe : Baked Peach oatmeal

2 cups boiling water, salt to taste
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/3 cup Irish steel cut oats

Bring water to boil and add oats,cover, let sit till cold.

In a 2qt souffle bowl
Mix
1egg
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2/3teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon almond extract
Add oatmeal-Stir well.
Add 1 large can peaches (Chopped) & drained-Stir

Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour

Remove garnish with fresh sliced strawberries,blueberries or your favorite fruit.
