  Recipe : Banana Bread Pudding

Folks will definitely want this recipe when you serve!
1 1/2 hours to complete.

1 loaf stale french bread, cubed
1 quart milk (whole or 2%)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2T vanilla extract
4 ripe bananas mashed
1 cup raisins
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tsp cinammon
Splash of Myer's run or banana liquer (optional)

Put cubed bread in large bowl with milk and soak for 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed
Preheat oven to 325. Spray 9x11 baking dish
In another bowl beat eggs together with sugar,vanilla. Stir mixture into bread, fold in mashed bananas, spices and raisins.
Pour into baking dish place uncovered in 325 oven for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove from oven, cool to desired temperature.
Serve with whipped cream.
