Part 1
2 cups Butter
2 cups Brown Sugar
2 cups White Sugar
Part 2
4 ea. Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
Part 3
4 cups flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Salt
Part 4
3 cups Chocolate Chips
3 cups Raisins
3 cups Walnuts or pecans
3 cups Granola Mix
2 cups Old fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbl. Orange Zest

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Blend Part 1 ingredients until creamy.
Add Part 2 ingredients and beat until well mixed. Stir Part 3 dry ingredients to combine. Mix combined Part 1&2 and Part 3 ingredients together. Stir in Part 4 ingredients.

Shape cookie dough into balls slightly larger than a golf ball – they should fit into the palm of your cupped hand. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, or until barely golden. Cookies are best when slightly under baked and eaten when warm.
