  Recipe : Raspberry Jam & Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

1 pkg cream cheese (room temp.)
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 jar raspberry jam
1 loaf of french bread
4 eggs
1 Tbs oil
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate syrup

Heat griddle to med. temp. Whip together cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Make cream cheese mixture and jam sandwiches. Mix eggs, milk, & oil. Add spices & vanilla. Dip sandwiches in egg batter and fry on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle chocolate syrup onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve.
