1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
4 green onions (thinly sliced)
1 Granny Smith apple (finely diced)
1/2 tbs. honey
Juice of one lemon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, form into 3/4 inch thick patties. In a cast iron skillet over moderate heat, cook sausage patties until center is no longer pink. Enjoy!
