Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud hosting platform and you have a shared hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel includes quite a lot of features, but it is really easy to work with, so creating a catch-all mailbox requires only one single click. All the email addresses that you have set up will be enumerated in this section in alphabetical order and you will only need to click the "Catch-all" button associated with the specific address. Our system will notify you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick some other mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all option is just as easy and requires yet another click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all address can be configured with several clicks of the mouse in case you have a semi-dedicated hosting with our company. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be administered through our custom-developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will be able to create email addresses with any domain name registered here. To enable the catch-all feature for a certain mailbox, you’ll need to click the icon with the exact same name, which will be to the right of each email address. Disabling this option can be accomplished in the same manner and will not require more than one click either. If the catch-all option has already been enabled for a given domain name, you’ll receive a warning note. The same goes if the mailbox that you’d like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never alter or disable anything automatically.
