In order to provide travelers with a higher quality of service, IBBP now requires all accommodations that list with us to be rated, inspected or reader reviewed. Properties that receive more that two negative reviews from travelers are removed from our guide. Because of the potential damage to the property, negative reviews are not posted to our site.

Visitors to our site can find each inn's rating information easily identified in each entries "Ratings" section. In addition, if an inn has been reviewed by a traveler, you will see an icon stating that the inn is an IBBP 3 to 5 star inn. The current list of all IBBP reader rated inns as well as the review criteria are in our Rated Inns page.
