| Located on the California Coast midway between Santa Cruz and San Francisco, our Bed & Breakfast Inn offers a peaceful rest in an old town atmosphere. The crashing waves of nearby beaches may be heard in the evening along with the croaking frogs in the marsh. Relax in front of the large stone fireplace in our century old farmhouse or sit by the side of the creek that separates the Inn from the many shops in town. San Mateo Coast beaches and redwoods are a short bike ride away. South on Highway One toward Santa Cruz you will find Pigeon Point Lighthouse and elephant seals at Ano Nuevo State Beach, while north toward San Francisco golfing, horseback riding, whale watching and fishing are available in neighboring Half Moon Bay. Decorated with period antiques, each room has a queen bed and a private bath with clawfoot tubs. A full gourmet breakfast is served in front of the large stone fireplace in the parlor. In the evening join us for wine and cheese from nearby Harley's Goat Farm. Later enjoy dinner at Duarte’s Restaurant, recent winner of the prestigious National James Beard Culinary Award. |
