We offer you spacious and fully equipped apartments with kitchen, bathroom & WC.
Studio Apartments for 1 - 3 Persons consisting of combined sleeping-livingroom,
full kitchen, bathroom and WC.
One - Bedroom Apartments for 1 - 4 Persons consisting of livingroom, bedroom
full kitchen, bathroom and WC.
Each apartment has got a fully equipped kitchen with stove, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dinette, all kitchen equippment, glases and tableware.
All bathrooms have shower and / or tub, sink, hairdryer, soap, bodyscale, magnifying mirror and toilet. We provide soap, small and large towels.
All apartments have Sat-TV (CNN, BBC, etc.), radio-alarm-clock, stereo-radio with CD player and a ceiling fan. All apartments are equipped with intercom, electric door-opener and a free room safe.
Free use of washing machine for our guests in house. All apartments have iron and
ironing board available inside. We provide all sheets, towels, kitchen linen and
a weekly cleaning service is also included.
Location:
Our apartments are all situated in our townhouse in Vienna, Jedleseer Str. Nr. 67 within a very friendly and safe neighbourhood. Our house is a private property with 4 apartments situated in a really good location where you have public tranportation and shopping within a real "1 minute walk" like bakery, bank, two supermarkets, pharmacy and diverse restaurants, "Heurige" & Cafes.
Underground U6 and S-trains S1, S2, S3, S7 & S15 can conveniently be reached in in just 2 minutes by bus. There are 2 bus stops and a taxi place half a minute walk from
our house. All Viennese sights can easily be reached by public transportation!
