| DESCRIPTION |
|
We pride ourselves that the relaxed atmosphere at Chestnut House is testament to our expertise and experience of the hospitality industry. Between us, we have a wealth of hotel management skills, gained in the UK, Africa and Central Europe. We believe our attention to detail is an important factor in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The main part of the original farmhouse was built around 1550. Set in a tranquil and established garden, guests can be assured of peace and quiet after a day of sightseeing or motorway driving. With 7 en suite rooms, the property is owned and run by Verena and Paul Brandon. We aim to offer only the best in style and service, coupled with informality and homeliness.
Verena and Paul were previously at The Rookery in Radstock, Bath. We met many wonderful people through IBBP and hope that some of them find us again when visiting England. |
