This is a 3 room-apartment suitable for up to six persons. Imagine you leave the apartment and immediately see the Invalid's Dome. Or just walk for 2 minutes and see the Eiffel-Tower in its entire beauty.....not only just the top.....the entire Eiffel Tower! The walk to both attractions ( Eiffel-Tower and Invalid's Dome) leads through the green space of the Champs de Mars or Avenue Breteuil. The next metro-station is also just 2 minutes away and when you turn right from the apartment you'll be in some minutes in Montparnasse or in St. Germain des Prés, Jardin de Luxembourg etc. The address is Boulevard Pasteur.
The apartment has six windows. This is special because many Parisian apartments have just a view in a shabby courtyard. Lodging with us you'll know that you're in Paris ! The apartment is on the second floor (third floor American) and the building is a corner house - that's why it has six windows. You'll have just 5 neighbors. At your breakfasts or in the evenings, while drinking wine, you'll have an interesting view of the street. Downstairs before the house is a big crossroad and the nearist Metro-station, several bus-stops and a taxi-rank. The apartment is at the border between the 7. and 15. Parisian district.
The apartment is 64 square meters ( 700 sq. foot ) and has air-conditioning, central heating, bath and toilet are separate, there is a living-room and 2 bedrooms.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hotplates,microwave,refrigerator, sink, many cupboards, coffee-machine, iron and ironing-board .... and all you need to feel at home. The washing machine is in the spacious bath-room. Bath-room and toilettes have windows.
The living-room has a dining area with a spacious table and six chairs and a fantasic comfortable sofa which can be changed easily in a double bed for 2 persons. There's stereo equipment with CD-Player and TV and also a chest of drawers, bookshelves, phone with answering machine and fax.
The first bedroom has four single beds with new mattresses, chests of drawers, a spacious wardrobe etc. The walls of the living-room and bedroom are stucco. The second bedroom can be reached by stairs and is one floor above the apartment.
There's a single bed and lots and lots of storage space and a closet. Up to six persons can stay in this apartment.
The bathroom is new tilled and has a round shower cabine with glas-doors, the washstand is in marble. Washing machine and hair-dryer you'll find there also.
Four days is the minimum stay. We'll pick you up at Paris airport and our staff will await you in the apartment. Also our staff is always at your disposal. For further information please contact us.
