Bed & Breakfast situated in INDEPENDENT APARTMENT apartment at the ground floor in a private house with an INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE.The apartment can offer you a nice kitchen, a large bedroom with 4 beds (on request we can give you a fifth bed or a crib infant), and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment, of complete new construction, is equipped with many features comparable to a hotel of optimal level.
Between the services to disposition of the hosts we signal:

The Bed & Breakfast is placed in a comfortable position and you can reach Venice in a few minutes. If you decide to come by car B&B Venice is the right place for you, because you can leave the car in our indooor parking so that you can visit Venice and its outskirts without any problems (parking in Venice is very expensive and very difficult to find). Our prices include parking inside the house which is provided with an automatic gate.
The bed & breakfast is in Favaro Veneto (Mestre) which is one of the nearest residential area at Venice. From our B&B you will be able to avail yourself of the bus service, buses run at ten minute intervals on an average to the different destination: HISTORIC CENTRE OF VENICE ON 15 MINUTES, the islands or Mestre. Tickets are sold at the tabacco shop, it's cost 1 Euro.
We are in a strategic position to visit some of the most important tourist places in Veneto like: The Riviera del Brenta with the Palladian villas at 15 minutes of car, the Garda's lake, Gardaland amusement park Verona and its wonderful Arena at an hour of car, Padua with the Scrovegni Chapel which Keeps a beautiful fresco cycle by Giotto at 30 minutes of car, and then seaside beaches like: Jesolo, Caorle, Lignano, Bibione. In five minutes you can reach the international airport Marco Polo and if you like to gamble, there is the Venice Casino to try your luck. The railway station Mestre is only a few kilometres fom here.
Daily arrangement of the apartment twice a week change of linen. We will provide to prepare your breakfast, so that you will only have to prepare your coffee and milk or your tea. The kitchen is at your own disposal. We expect you to be here between 5,00 and 9,00 p.m. Departure at 10,00 a.m.
