| DESCRIPTION |

Ancient country court dated back to 1733, built round a mill for rice.
Farm of 44 hectares, cultivated according to natural methods as orchard (apples, pears, plums and kiwi) and sowed (wheat, mais, soya, potatoes, sugar beets, cabbage, savoy, green beans).
In the old barns we have derived 5 large rooms, of which two are for disabled people, all with two beds (plus sofa bed) with private bathroom, and two mini-flats with two rooms each (one with a king size bed and one with two beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, corner kitchen and TV.
There is the possibility of using the kitchen of the farm. Large living room with satellite-TV, covered arcade, pergola, garden with temperate swimming-pool and with a whirlpool corner, fitness gym, ping-pong, garden of aromatic herbs, bowls ground, bike rides.
Lounges for organizing banquets and meetings. Large parking lot.
At request baby-sitting.
