The estate is located in the southern part of Tuscany, in the lee of the Monte Argentario promontory, between Porto Ercole and Talamone, within easy reach from the Rome, Florence and Pisa airports.
It is located in the heart of the Maremma area, 5 km from the sea and close to natural parks (such as the Maremma and Uccellina Parks), to nature reserves (such as the Orbetello Lagoon) and to WWF "oases" (three within a range of 15 km).
The holiday home for rental at the "La Sugheraia" Estate is an elegant 80-sq.m. annex, tastefully and discreetly furnished and finished with "Protect Plus" systems.
Particular attention was paid to creating a refined, old-style atmosphere, so that guests feel as comfortable as they would have felt in the country residences of yesteryear, in which no effort was spared to create charming, inviting accommodation.
The residence is reached by means of an independent avenue and features a sitting room with hideaway kitchen, a double-sized bedroom to which an additional bed can be added, a terrace, a large garden with sunbeds and umbrellas, and parking for two vehicles. |
