INFORMATION ABOUT WOLFISBERG

The quiet village of Wolfisberg is centrally located in the scenic Bernese Juramountain region of northern Switzerland less than 30 miles North of the capital Bern and South of the city of Basel. Rural countryside, forests and panoramic views of the Midlands and Alps surround the village. Bed and breakfast travelers will find trails for hiking and biking and a relaxing swiss atmosphere with cow bells ringing and farmers working their fields. Other tourist attractions in the area include a number of castles, museums, historic architecture. Quintessential Swiss events and festivals such as yodeling, flag throwing and alphenhorn music can be found in the easily reachable towns of Bern, Zuerich, Rheinfelden and Basel.
