Originally built in 1933, the Adobe Rose Inn is located in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood in Central Tucson, just two blocks east of the University of Arizona (UA). Nestled in this architecturally diverse neighborhood, the Adobe Rose Inn is an ideal stop for vacationers and professional travelers alike.
For vacationers, the inn is within walking distance of many of Tucson’s attractions, including museums, shops, UA, and restaurants. Because it is centrally located and close to major highways, visitors can easily access many of Southeastern Arizona’s parks, caverns, artist colonies, and golf courses.
The professional traveler can walk to UA, drive to downtown in 5 – 10 minutes or to the airport in 20 minutes. The inn's wireless internet connection enables the professional to catch up on e-mails, while the quiet neighborhood aids in getting a good night’s rest. The Adobe Rose Inn is gated and protected by thick, 6 foot high walls that offer both security and privacy. They also enhance the quietness of this prestigious neighborhood.
The Adobe Rose Inn offers 6 unique rooms. Three rooms are located in the main house, one in the casita, and two in the Second Street house. All rooms are fully appointed with private bathrooms, cable TV, hair dryers, robes, irons, ironing boards, and coffee makers. Some rooms have microwave ovens, mini-refrigerators, and private phones. The suite, located in the Second Street House, also has a full stove/oven, large refrigerator, and large balcony – perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or toasting the sunset in the evening.
