CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION notice must be received no less than 30 days before check in (60 days before Christmas) to receive a full refund minus a processing fee .
RATES: $175 per night for 2 people in either the Treehouse or Riverhouse and $175 per night for 2 people in the Guest Houseltax + 4% sales and 7.4% room tax(11.41%) and an out cleaning fee of $75 and up .
