DESCRIPTION
The Black Duck is a casually elegant B&B overlooking one of the most spectacular fishing harbors in Maine. The Inn offers truly private, antique filled rooms and art filled common spaces with lots of places to hide away, read, paint, write etc. With over 12 acres to explore, a hidden bay, fabulous granite harbor front and ledges throughout the property, this is a wonderful spot to explore the real Downeast coast of Maine. We're near the untrammeled Schoodic Section of Acadia National Park and only 45 minutes from the main part of the Park. We're also close to other wildlife sanctuaries and hiking areas. A fabulous place to rlax and escape the big city life!
