The Harbour Cottage Inn is one of the most historic destinations near Acadia National Park and is a casual and elegant 1870's Victorian bed and breakfast. The Inn was built as a part of the Island House, a 250 room hotel which was the first summer hotel on Mount Desert Island. The Inn is located atop Dirigo Hill overlooking the picturesque waters of Southwest Harbor, Maine, just minutes away from Bar Harbor and the world famous Acadia National Park.
