| Brewster by the Sea (508-896-3910; 800-892-3910) 716 Route 6A. This Greek revival “olde farmhouse” consists of two buildings with 6 guest rooms and two suites. Guests are struck by the dramatic sun filled cathedral ceiling gathering room that expose a beautifully landscaped garden and deck. Enjoy the casual elegance in the 150 year old farmhouse which is complete with outside pool & spa, apple orchard and extensive herb & perennial gardens. Breakfast is a special time at the inn, where innkeepers Donna & Byron serve their guests a 3 course gourmet breakfast, fire side in the colder months and during the summer, outside on the patio. Inn specialties include Bavarian pancakes, homemade breads, and Nanna’s home grown raspberry jam. Fresh squeezed orange juice is standard fare each morning! Each of the rooms is impeccably furnished and appointed with attention to every detail. Cozy bathrobes, oversized, thirsty towels, fine toiletries, and fine European feather like fiber beds are found in each room. |
