RESTRICTIONS: No smoking and no pets, please, for the comfort of the other guests. Also no small children unless the family is taking all three rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations requested at least one month before the scheduled arrival have deposits refunded, minus a $10 cancelation charge. If it is requested after that, the refund depends on our ability to rebook the room(s).
RATES: in season, $110 - $125 a night per room and $135 per night in the apartment for one or two persons, and $25 for an additional child from 8 to 16 years old.

Lanes Cove House is a charming, cozy and comfortable 1800s Victorian. It overlooks a picturesque lobster fishing cove in Lanesville, one of Gloucester's quaint villages. There is a small village beach just a short walk away, or take a short drive to two beautiful wide beaches. Do return in time to watch the spectacular sunsets from the deck. Take a 15 minute drive to visit the working waterfront, many art studios and galleries, several museums, dance companies, whale watch boats, fishing, and charming Rockport. A further 15 minute drive with take you to the antique shops of Essex and the witch trial history of Salem. Historic Boston is less than an hour away. |
