| gr.170 flour gr.170 sugar gr.150 butter gr.100 pine nuts 1 egg + 4 yolks 1 lemon
Combine butter and sugar and beat well until it reaches a soft consistency. Add flour, egg, yolks and grated lemon peel. Pour the batter in a buttered and flour-dusted 25 cm. pan. Scatter the pine nuts on top. Put in oven for 1 hour at 170°C. | | (Updated: 13 Dec 2002) | | |
