| National Hotel Cheesecake Crust 1 ¼ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs ½ Cup Brown Sugar 3 oz Butter (Melted) 1 Tsp Cinnamon Filling 1 lb Cream Cheese 1 Cup Sugar 5 Each Eggs 1 Tsp Almond Extract 24 oz Sour Cream 1 Tbl Vanilla Extract Topping 20 oz Sour Cream ½ Cup Sugar 2 oz Half & Half Yield: 12 Servings Mix all ingredients for crust. Press firmly into the bottom of the cheesecake pan. Mix all the ingredients for filling in a mixing bowl. Pour mixture into prepared crust and bake for approximately 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and let cool for approximately ½ hour. Mix topping ingredients together and pour on top of cheesecake. Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Place in refrigerator to cool. When Cold, mark with cheesecake marker for correct portion, which is 12 per cake. | ||||||||||
