Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place filling in a deep dish 10" pie crust or in 2 8" pie crusts.
Place pie in oven without topping at 400 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 bake for 45 minutes or until pie is set.
Add crumb topping bake at 400 for additional 10 minutes.
