In Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, China Doll offers three complete self-contained apartment suites with private entrances. There is a two-room/one bedroom unit and two six-room/two bedroom units. Unlike a Bed & Breakfast, there are no shared facilities.
Designed as a corporate apartments, each apartment has an office area includeing a computer with MS Office, high-speed cable Internet access, scanner, black-and-white laser printer, photocopier, CD writer, and fax machine. Low cost color laser printing is available. The garden apartment conference room seats four and is equipped with an overhead projector and a wall-mounted television with computer hook-up.
We also tend to your personal comfort. Every apartment has a private two-person Jacuzzi and steam room (robes and slippers provided). Entertainment consisting of premium cable TV, VCR’s with a library of movies, stereo, and CD player can be enjoyed either in front of the fireplace or in bed. During nice weather enjoy the deck and private garden.
For breakfast, help yourself to the variety of coffees, teas, juices, muffins, bagels, cereals, fruit, yogurt, cream cheese, and other fixings.
Other amenities include washer and dryer, built in ironing board, and shoe shining equipment.
The neighborhood offers a broad range of restaurants, theaters, bars, and live music. Kingston Mines, Chicago Blue, Briar Street Theater, Lincoln Park, Lake Michigan, and the beach are within walking distance.
